(Hong Kong, 6 May 2021) China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the “Company”; Stock Code: 0081.HK) announced that, for April 2021, the contracted property sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) amounted to RMB6,160,000,000 and the contracted gross floor area (“GFA”) reached 478,300 square meters.

From January to April 2021, the total property contracted sales amounted to RMB21,679,000,000 and the total contracted GFA reached 1,638,600 square meters.

In April 2021, the Group acquired one new project in Weifang, Shandong Province with an attributable GFA of 60,972.00 square meters and the total attributable land cost was RMB123,370,000.
