(Hong Kong, 7 July 2020) China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the “Company”; Stock Code: 0081.HK) announced that, for June 2020, the contracted property sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) amounted to RMB10,582,000,000 and the contracted gross floor area (“GFA”) reached 921,400 square meters.??

From January to June 2020, the total property contracted sales amounted to RMB27,868,000,000 and the total contracted GFA reached 2,420,700 square meters.

In June 2020, the Group acquired three new projects in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, Zunyi, Guizhou Province and Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province with an attributable GFA of 674,349.30 square meters and the total attributable land cost was RMB2,097,730,000.
