(Hong Kong, 6 March 2019) China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the “Company”; Stock Code: 0081.HK) announced that, for February 2019, the contracted property sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) amounted to HK$2,691 million and the contracted gross floor area (“GFA”) reached 251,200 square meters.

As at the end of February 2019, the property subscription sales amounted to HK$891 million and the subscription GFA reached 60,900 square meters.

No new land was acquired in February 2019.
