(Hong Kong, 7 May 2018) China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the “Company”; Stock Code: 0081.HK) announced that, for April 2018, the contracted property sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) amounted to HK$4,081 million and the contracted gross floor area (“GFA”) reached 330,100 square meters.

As at the end of April 2018, the property subscription sales amounted to HK$1,190 million and the subscription GFA reached 81,400 square meters.

No new land was acquired in April 2018.
