(Hong Kong, 6 February 2018) China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the “Company”; Stock Code: 0081.HK) announced that, for January 2018, the contracted property sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) amounted to HK$3,225 million and the contracted gross floor area (“GFA”) reached 275,600 square meters.

As at the end of January 2018, the property subscription sales amounted to HK$684 million and the subscription GFA reached 55,900 square meters.

No new land was acquired in January 2018.
