(Hong Kong, March 4, 2021) China Overseas Development Co., Ltd. (the "company"); Share code: 0688. HK) announced that the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies (collectively referred to as "China Overseas series companies") had a contract property sales volume of about RMB 23561 million in February, and the corresponding sold floor area was about 1126000 square meters.
From January to February 2021, the cumulative contract property sales of overseas Chinese companies are about 50.579 billion yuan, and the corresponding cumulative sales area is about 2542700 square meters.
In February 2021, the company (together with its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "the group") acquired two plots in Guangzhou and Fuzhou, with a total floor area of about 228115.00 square meters. The land transfer fee payable by the group for relevant land acquisition is about RMB 4766.73 million.
