(Hong Kong, August 6, 2020) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. (the "company"); Share code: 0081. HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") will achieve contract sales of RMB 4225 million and contract sales area of 330900 square meters in July 2020.
From January to July 2020, the accumulated contract sales amount is 32093000000 yuan and the contract sales area is 2751600 square meters.
In July 2020, the group added four new projects in Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province and Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, with a total equity development area of 757727.40 square meters and a land price of 3102580000 yuan.
