(Hong Kong, August 12, 2016) China Overseas Development Co., Ltd. (the "company"); Share code: 00688. HK) announced that the contract property sales of the company, its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies (collectively referred to as "China Overseas series companies") in July were about HK $12.761 billion, and the corresponding floor area was about 827400 square meters.

From January to July 2016, the cumulative contract property sales of overseas Chinese companies were about HK $108.018 billion, and the corresponding cumulative floor area was about 6.8385 million square meters. As of July 31, 2016, overseas China Series companies recorded sales of about HK $5.417 billion in properties they have subscribed for, which is expected to be converted into contract property sales in the next few months.

In July, the company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "the group") did not increase land reserves.
