(Hong Kong, August 12, 2016) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. (the "company"); Share code: 00081. HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") achieved contract sales of HK $1.739 billion and contract sales area of 177600 square meters in July 2016.

As of the end of July 2016, the total amount of non signed subscription was HK $686 million and the area of non signed subscription was 51200 square meters.

In July 2016, the group had no new land reserve.
