(Hong Kong, July 7, 2020) China Overseas Development Co., Ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0688.HK) announced that the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies (collectively referred to as "China Overseas Series Companies") in June contracted property sales of approximately RMB 57.561 billion, and the corresponding floor area sold Approximately 3,273,100 square meters.

From January to June 2020, the cumulative contracted property sales of China Overseas Series Companies are approximately RMB 172.013 billion Yuan, the corresponding cumulative floor area sold is approximately 9,543,100 square meters.

In June 2020, the company (together with its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Group”)) was established in Taiyuan, Suzhou, Ningbo, Harbin and Wuhan acquired eight land parcels with a total attributable floor area ("Floor Area") of approximately 2,302,486.07 square meters. The land transfer fee payable by the Group for the relevant land acquisition is approximately RMB 18,280.09 million.
