(Hong Kong, September 12, 2016) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. (the "company"); Share code: 00081. HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") achieved contract sales of HK $1.868 billion and contract sales area of 171400 square meters in August 2016

by the end of August 2016, the total amount of non signed subscription was HK $1.233 billion and the area of non signed subscription was 99600 square meters

In August, the Group acquired four plots in Shantou City, Guangdong Province, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province and Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, with a total construction area of about 524774 square meters. The land transfer fee payable by China Overseas Hongyang group for land acquisition is about RMB 998.2 million
