(Hong Kong, January 11, 2017) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 00081.HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries The company (the "Group") achieved contracted sales of HK$2.224 billion and contracted sales area of ??190,400 square meters in December 2016.
As of the end of December 2016, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was HK$1.503 billion and the subscribed unsigned area was 140,400 square meters.
In December, the Group acquired four plots in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and Nantong City, with a total construction area of ??approximately 643,273 square meters. The land transfer fee payable by China Overseas Hongyang Group in connection with the acquisition of the land is approximately RMB 3,386.4 million.
