(hereinafter referred to as "China Overseas Group" or "Group") and many of its subsidiaries, including China Overseas Land & Investment Limited ("China Overseas", stock code: 00688.HK), China State Construction International Corporation ("China State Construction International", stock code: 03311.HK), China Overseas Property Group Co., Ltd. ("China Overseas Property", stock code : 02669.HK), and Far East Global Group Co., Ltd. ("Far East Global", stock code: 00830.HK) were awarded the "Caring Company Logo" by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. Over the past years, we have continued to practice the spirit of good corporate citizenship.
China Overseas Group has applied for this logo for the eighth year and received recognition, and China Overseas and China State Construction International are the ninth year, and both received the 5-year Plus "Caring Company Logo" . For the first time, China Overseas Property Group participated in this award in the name of China Overseas Property Group Co., Ltd. (previously, it participated in the name of China Overseas Property Services Co., Ltd. and was awarded for 11 consecutive years). Far East Global won the mark for the fourth year. All companies have reached the standards in the three categories of "Caring for the Community", "Caring for Employees" and "Caring for the Environment" in the evaluation of the "Caring Company" program, and achieved remarkable results.
