The Beixin’an Shantytown Reconstruction Project is located on the west extension of Chang’an Avenue, close to the site of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee. It is the largest shantytown renovation project in Beijing, integrating high-end business and comprehensive "China Overseas Financial City" is a multi-functional "China Overseas Financial City" that integrates transfers, shopping and leisure. The project involves the transformation of more than 6,000 residents, more than 200 low-end industries, and the planned total construction scale of the project is about 3 million square meters.
