(Hong Kong, May 7, 2020) China Overseas Development Co., Ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0688.HK) announced that the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies (collectively referred to as "China Overseas Corporation" ) Contracted property sales in April were approximately RMB 27,952 million, and the corresponding floor area sold was approximately 1,484,900 square meters.

From January to April 2020, the cumulative contracted property sales of China Overseas Group Corporation was approximately RMB 87.668 billion, and the corresponding cumulative floor area sold was approximately 4,790,500 square meters.

In April 2020, the company (together with its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") acquired three land parcels in Beijing, Changsha and Shenyang, with a total attributable floor area ("Floor Area") of approximately 859,926.08 square meters M, one of the plots will be developed in a cooperative mode. The land transfer fee payable by the Group for the relevant land acquisition is approximately RMB 8,085.31 million.
