(Hong Kong, March 6, 2017) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 00081.HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries The company (the "Group") achieved contracted sales of HK$1.328 billion and contracted sales area of 139,700 square meters in February 2017.
As of the end of February 2017, the accumulative unsigned subscription amount was HK$831 million and the unsigned subscribed area was 61,900 square meters.
In February 2017, the Group had no new land bank.
