(Hong Kong, June 6, 2017) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company"; stock code: 0081.HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") will be realized in May 2017 Contracted sales of HK$6.001 billion and contracted sales area of 545,300 square meters.

As of the end of May 2017, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was HK$1.339 billion and the unsigned subscribed area was 107,200 square meters.

In May 2017, the Group acquired a plot of land in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, with a total attributable construction area of approximately 135,219 square meters. The land transfer fee payable by China Overseas Hongyang Group in connection with the acquisition of the land is approximately RMB 1,385.1 million.
