(Hong Kong, June 6, 2017) China Overseas Development Co., Ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0688.HK) announced that the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies (collectively referred to as "China Overseas Corporation" ) Contracted property sales in May were approximately HK$20.526 billion, and the corresponding floor area was approximately 1,336,500 square meters.

From January to May 2017, the cumulative contracted property sales of the China Overseas Group Corporation was approximately HK$96.762 billion, and the corresponding cumulative floor area was approximately 5.68 million square meters. As of May 31, 2017, China Overseas Group of Companies recorded subscribed shopping sales of approximately HK$18.888 billion, which is expected to be converted into contracted property sales in the next few months.

In May, the company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") acquired seven land parcels in Suzhou, Zhongshan, Wuhan, Beijing, Fuzhou, Hong Kong and Zhenjiang, with a total floor area of ??approximately approximately 1,092,902 square meters. The land transfer fee payable by the Group for the acquisition of land is approximately RMB 9,441.51 million.
