(Hong Kong, July 6, 2017) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company"; stock code: 0081.HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") realized the realization in June 2017 Contracted sales of HK$5.075 billion and contracted sales area of 437,400 square meters.

As of the end of June 2017, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was HKD 1.372 billion and the unsigned subscribed area was 103,200 square meters.

In June 2017, the Group acquired a plot of land in Xining City, Qinghai Province, with a total attributable construction area of approximately 182,234 square meters. The land transfer fee payable by China Overseas Hongyang Group in connection with the acquisition of land is approximately RMB 1.010 billion.
