(Hong Kong, April 7, 2020) China Overseas Development Co., Ltd. (the "company"); Share code: 0688. HK) announced that the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies (collectively referred to as "China Overseas series companies") had contracted property sales of about RMB 26.774 billion in March, and the corresponding sold floor area was about 1496100 square meters.
From January to March 2020, the cumulative contract property sales of China's overseas series companies are about 59.716 billion yuan, and the corresponding cumulative sold floor area is about 3305800 square meters.
As of March 2020, the company (together with its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "the group") has no new land reserve.
In March 2020, the Group acquired Foshan Nanhai yifengcheng shopping center, with a total construction area of about 153483 square meters and a leasable area of about 72506 square meters, with a total transaction price of RMB 556 million.
