(Hong Kong, September 7, 2017) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0081.HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries The company (the "Group") achieved contracted sales of HK$3.048 billion and contracted sales area of 284,000 square meters in August 2017.

As of the end of August 2017, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was HK$1.069 billion and the unsigned subscribed area was 80,400 square meters.

In August 2017, the Group acquired a plot of land in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Autonomous Region, with a total construction area of approximately 91,418.55 square meters. The land transfer fee payable by China Overseas Hongyang Group in connection with the acquisition of the land is approximately RMB 65.20 million.
