(Hong Kong, October 12, 2017) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company"; stock code: 0081.HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") realized the realization in September 2017 Contracted sales of HK$3.032 billion and contracted sales area of 280,200 square meters.

As of the end of September 2017, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was HK$700 million and the unsigned subscribed area was 49,200 square meters.

In September 2017, the Group had no new land reserves.
