(Hong Kong, November 8, 2017) China Overseas Development Co., Ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0688.HK) announced that the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies (collectively referred to as "China Overseas Corporation" ) Contracted property sales in October were approximately HK$16.95 billion, and the corresponding floor area was approximately 1,133,300 square meters.

From January to October 2017, the cumulative contracted property sales of the China Overseas Group Corporation was approximately HK$200.594 billion, and the corresponding cumulative floor area was approximately 12,421,600 square meters. As of October 31, 2017, the China Overseas Group of Companies recorded subscribed shopping sales of approximately HK$23.997 billion, which is expected to be converted into contracted property sales in the next few months.

In October, the company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") acquired 11 land parcels in Fuzhou, Dalian, Ningbo, Suzhou, Nanjing and Jiangmen, with a total attributable floor area of ??approximately 1,736,770 Square meters. The land transfer fee payable by the Group for the acquisition of land is approximately RMB 15,641.80 million.
