(Hong Kong, March 5, 2020) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. (the "company"); Share code: 0081. HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") will achieve contract sales of RMB 1.15 billion and contract sales area of 75700 square meters in February 2020.

From January to February 2020, the accumulated contract sales amount is RMB 3975000000 and the contract sales area is 348300 square meters.

In February 2020, the group will build a new project in Zibo City, Shandong Province, with a total equity development area of 161241.00 square meters and a land price of 2411000000 yuan.
