Chen Xiaofeng, managing director and chief financial officer of China Shipping Group, made a report on the status of the real estate industry, business transformation and upgrading, financial capital and financial business on behalf of the group. Director Xue Keqing fully affirmed the Group's achievements in financial capital management, capital operation, transformation and upgrading since this year, and at the same time asked the Group to pay attention to policy risks, maintain stable performance, and put forward specific requirements for further financial capital management.

Afterwards, Director Xue Keqing participated in a tax management work forum organized by the State Administration of Taxation in Hong Kong and made a speech on behalf of China State Construction Engineering Corporation.

During the investigation in Hong Kong, Director Xue Keqing also visited the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Bank of China Hong Kong, Bank of Communications Hong Kong Branch and other financial and regulatory institutions respectively, and inspected China Shipping Group's real estate projects in Hong Kong. Relevant persons in charge of the financial department and financial business department of the joint-stock company accompanied the investigation.
