(Hong Kong, February 6, 2020) China Overseas Hongyang Group Co., Ltd. (the "company"); Share code: 0081. HK) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") will achieve contract sales of RMB 2.825 billion and contract sales area of 272600 square meters in January 2020.
In January 2020, the group added one new project in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a total equity development area of 225857.00 square meters and a land price of RMB 1065000000.
