(Hong Kong, January 8, 2020) China Overseas Development Co., Ltd. (the "company"); Share code: 0688. HK) announced that the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies (collectively referred to as "China Overseas series companies") had contracted property sales of about HK $33.958 billion in December, and the corresponding floor area sold was about 1576500 square meters

From January to December in 2019, the cumulative contract property sales of China's overseas series companies are about HK $377.168 billion, and the corresponding cumulative sales area is about 17.9442 million square meters

In December 2019, the company (together with its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "the group") acquired five plots in Xi'an, Harbin, Zhengzhou, Wuhan and Shijiazhuang, with a total floor area of about 138667.40 square meters. The land transfer fee payable by the group for relevant land acquisition is about RMB 8662.86 million
