(Hong Kong, April 10, 2018) China Overseas Development Co., Ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0688.HK) announced that the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies (collectively referred to as "China Overseas Corporation" ) Contracted property sales in March were approximately HK$23.512 billion, and the corresponding floor area was approximately 1,170,200 square meters.

As of March 31, 2018, the China Overseas Group of Companies recorded subscribed shopping sales of approximately HK$33.266 billion, which is expected to be converted into contracted property sales in the next few months.

In March, the company (together with its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") acquired two plots of land in Changsha and Qingdao, with a total attributable floor area ("Floor Area") of approximately 574,818.00 square meters. The land transfer fee payable by the Group for the relevant land acquisition is approximately RMB 1,988.90 million.
