(Hong Kong, 30 November 2017) China Overseas Land and Investment Limited (the "Company", or “COLI”; stock code: 0688.HK) is pleased to announce that it has recently been awarded "Hong Kong Outstanding Enterprises 2017- Blue Chip category”, which recognises the Company's overall performance for the year, where COLI is the only Mainland property developer.
COLI contested with around 2,000 listed companies in Hong Kong. The assessment covers six areas: corporate vision, annual performance, corporate governance, popularity among minority shareholders, research and development, and industry achievements.
Through pursuing sustainable growth in business development and in profit, COLI came to the fore by aligning its own capacity and resources with the external environment and balance its scale with shareholders’ returns, and opportunities with risks.
